At Laser Quest Trafford Centre (Blue Maze Ltd) we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communication electronically with us.

Security policy:-

Our Payment Service provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range os secure methods such as fraud screening, IP address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

​​Laser Quest General Information:

•  

• All players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their first game. Games may be on occasion delayed.

• Late arrivals may miss their game in which case no refund will be offered. Laser Quest is a limited capacity venue and waiting times can be very long.

• Games are played in the Laser Quest Arena, which is dark with swirling fog, state of the art effect lights and is an unfamiliar environment. Sessions last for 20-25 minutes which includes a full safety briefing, all the equpiment you need and the adrenaline pumping game.

• The maximum number of packs available is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the maximum number of packs there may be occasions when this is not possible.

• Party belongings can be placed in our party area but we do not accept liability for any belongings.

• Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Please ensure you read and understand before participating.

Arena Rules of Engagement:

• YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST 7 YEARS OLD TO PLAY LASER QUEST

• FLAT OR LOW HEELED FOOTWEAR MUST BE WORN

• NO RUNNING

• NO CROUCHING OR LYING DOWN

• NO CLIMBING ON TH ESCENERY

• NO PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH OTHER PLAYERS

• LASER QUEST IS PLAYED IN A DARK AND UNUSUAL ENVIRONMENT WITH LOUD MUSIC, LIGHTING AND SMOKE EFFECTS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SUITABILITY FOR THIS THEN PLEASE SPEAK TO A MARSHALL.

• ANY PERSON WITH MEDICAL CONDITION SHOULD CONSIDER THAT LASER QUEST IS A GAME THAT REQUIRES SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL EXERCTION.

• IF YOU NEED HELP CALL A MARSHALL.

General Rules

• Due to the size of the Laser Quest equipment and the nature of the game, it is deemed unsuitable for children under the age of 7.

• Laser Quest is suitable for anybody who is aged 7 or above. This means there will be a variety of ages in the arena playing at the same time.

• At all times children are the responsibility of the supervising adult. Laser Quest do not provide services of supervision to children using the centre.

• Crew members are present to ensure the correct use of the Laser Quest equipment, access to first aid facilities and to implement the rules.

• We advise dark casual comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips

• All players participate at their own risk. The company does not accept liability for loss or injury of whatever nature, caused through misuses of equipment or lack of parental supervision or failure to comply with the rules.

• Players leave their belongings at their own risk, the company does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen possession.

• People with medical conditions play at their own risk and each player must consider if Laser Quest is suitable for them.

• Anyone under the influence of intoxicating or illegal substances will be refused entry.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building at all times.

• Threatening language or intimidating behaviour is not tolerated within Laser Quest and can result in you being refused entry

• The company reserves all rights to admission

• The company reserves the right to alter times, attractions and prices without notification.

• All games are non-refundable once you are booked in.

• By providing us with an email address you agree to receive marketing newsletters about your booking and any other upcoming offers or events. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.
