Laser Quest sessions last for 20-25 minutes, this includes the briefing, kitting up and the game time. The playing time is 15 minutes.

The minimum age for people to play Laser Quest is seven, this is due to the nature of the game and the size of the equipment.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

There is no viewing area for Laser Quest but we do have trained marshalls supervising the whole game, there is no upper age limit to Laser Quest so adults can join in, for people who are not playing you are welcome to wait in the reception area, sessions of Laser Quest last for 20-25 minutes.

We understand that in this case there may be some six year olds invited to the party, but as long as they are nearly seven and will be able to wear the equipment, then they should be OK to play.

We are extremely busy on a weekend, we recommend you come as early as possible. Our first game begins at 10am on Saturday and Sunday, the later on in the day you come the busier we get, so do expect a wait if you haven’t already booked.

As long as the players are seven years or above they can play, it is up to the adults if they play as well to supervise the children. We do have marshals supervising the running of the game but they are not in charge of looking after anybody in the game.

If you are unsure if the equipment will be too big or small you are welcome to come to the venue and try it on before making a booking with us. The equipment is all one size so is made to fit everyone.

Everyone playing Laser Quest is charged the same standard game price, we do not offer any discounts for any groups. Carers are able to go in and supervise their group during the game free of charge.
