REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Please note for any advanced bookings you will be charged a non refundable deposit.
For the Ultimate Party package you will be charged a £50 non refundable deposit. You then have up until 8pm the night before your party to reduce numbers if you need to. You will then be charged the outstanding balance for what you have booked when you arrive on the day. The outstanding balance can be paid by cash or by card over the desk.
To move you booking to anohter date one weeks note must be given.
For all other packages the deposit amount is 50 per cent, non-refundable of the total cost of the booking including any extras, this deposit is non-refundable.
You are always advised to book for your maximum numbers as we are a limited capacity business and if you want to increase your numbers it is subject to availability.
Should you need to move your booking then it is at the sole discretion of the management as to whether they will allow this. In the event that this is not possible then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.
Should you need to cancel the booking then you will lose your deposit.
In extreme circumstances the management reserve the right to refund your deposit.
