The countdown has begun: laser weapons are fully charged, the interactive arena is ready for action and adrenaline levels are on maximum so prepare yourself for the ultimate challenge.

Do battle in a sci-fi themed arena of light, sound and special effects because this is Laser Quest, a laser adventure that’s more than just a game.

If you are looking for something different to do with your staff this year, then look no further than Laser Quest & The Rock.

Laser Quest is a real ice-breaker. Imagine stalking your opponents through a labyrinth of darkened tunnels. Through the swirling smoke you spot a figure and unleash a volley of laser fire from your state of the art laser pack and gun. It’s a hit and that’s another 10 points for you and your team.

Don’t worry if you get shot; it doesn’t hurt, and you come back to life again in a few seconds!

There’s a multitude of game formats to play; such as solo, team, team advanced, team replenish and even ‘shoot the boss!’

After each game you receive a personalised score card detailing your performance. It’s cops ‘n’ robbers’ 21st century style. If you like Star Wars, you’ll love Laser Quest.

The Rock is the latest attraction to hit the UK.
It’s one team verses another, as contestants challenge The Rock and each other. Choose from 20 different simulated climbs including Everest, The Eiger, K2 and Snowdon. Players have to continuously climb against the ever moving rock, but watch out the tilting action may mean you end up upside down!

PLAY THE GAME

From the multitude of game formats here are four suggestions that have proved popular with many groups. Each one is very different and very enjoyable, choose the games, which suit you best or ask us about the even more adventurous challenges available.

Lone Shark

The basic challenge, which is an excellent way to discover the world of Laser Quest. Each player is kited up with a laser pack and a laser gun, which has unlimited shots. The object of the game is to shoot as many people as possible without getting yourself shot. The scoring system is simple, 10 points when you shoot another player, but you loose 3, 4 or 5 points when you get shot yourself, so it is important to defend as well as attack. There is only one winner, the one who masters the labyrinth.

Basic Instinct

A simple but cunning game, that relies on teamwork rather than individual ability. It is up to you to select two or even three teams. With each player being given unlimited shots and lives, it's the greens vs. the reds. Flashing coloured lights on each laser pack identifies each team. Before the game begins you can decide if team-mates can shoot one another or not during the game!

Two Tribes

In this exciting game you must protect you own team captain and attack your opposition's. With a limited number of shots you must be a hunter & a protector. It's challenging but fun, every time you run out of shots you have to find your way back to your captain to replenish your pack with additional shots.

Head Hunter

Get your own back on the boss. He or She is let loose in the arena with just 25 lives, you must get your shot in first, as you will have just 2 lives. Once you've been shot twice you're energised again to join the boss, united against the remaining workers?!?
